To celebrate the 31st Anniversary of ConSeC the ASC’s Annual Awards Dinner will take place following ConSeC on the evening of the 23rd October.  

This lounge suits and neckties gala event not only commemorates three decades of highly successful conferences but also honours distinguished achievements within our community through the presentation of the prestigious Imbert and Mike Cahalane Awards. 

Following our awards dinner, guests will be treated to an after-dinner speaker followed by music and dancing ensuring that the night concludes on a high note, leaving everyone with lasting memories of a truly exceptional evening. 

IMPORTANT NOTES  

• Car parking cannot be guaranteed or reserved

• Where possible please car share, use public transport or the free campus minibus from Whittlesford Parkway (note, this is a first come, first serve basis and used by employees of the campus).

• A car parking pass will be required which will be sent to you separately if you have indicated on the booking form that you will be driving.

• The ASC have reserved all 126 rooms at the on-site Hinxton Hall Hotel for both the 22nd and 23rd October. Rooms can be booked for £130 + vat per night for the first occupant, with an additional £30 + vat for a second occupant. Please contact Becky to book.
